TheSavorZone offers cooking classes that may involve the use of kitchen equipment, appliances, and tools that could potentially cause injury if misused. By registering for and participating in any cooking class offered through TheSavorZone, you acknowledge and agree that:
● TheSavorZone has no responsibility for any accident, injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of a cooking class.
● You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in cooking classes.
● You release TheSavorZone, its employees, contractors, and agents from any liability related to accidents or injuries sustained during cooking classes.
● You will follow all safety instructions provided during the cooking class.

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
When booking cooking classes or other services through TheSavorZone:
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are not refundable under any circumstances.
● TheSavorZone reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at its discretion, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.
● No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TheSavorZone, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
